Jeremy Nelson is a systems engineer first, with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in virtualization, datacenter operations, cloud infrastructure, on-premises environments, and the difficult technical problems that require more than a basic support script.
The everyday IT support, user problems, workstation headaches, network issues, and general technology messes — he handles all of that too. But the infrastructure depth is what separates That I.T. Company from the usual support shop.

Jeremy started on the help desk — the calls, the tickets, and the “have you tried restarting it” conversations. From there, he worked through systems administration, virtualization and systems engineering, datacenter operations, DevOps, and engineering leadership. That full stack of experience is why That I.T.
